Reports to: Vice President of Operations Duties: These include and are not limited to: 1.) Managing and directing Quality departments at all company facilities. 2.) Creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining all company Quality and Food Safety programs and documents in accordance to Title 21 of the C.F.R. 3.) Will serve as SQF expert at all company facilities and will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the SQF system. 4.) Facilitating all company Quality Audits. 5.) Training of company employees on Quality Standards including CGMP’s, HACCP, and S.Q.F. 6.) Interfacing with customers and their QA departments related to quality issues or complaints. Qualifications: Applicant must possess an extensive knowledge of Food Safety. Should be proficient on a computer and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication and organizational skills are a plus. Must be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Education: B.S. degree or equivalent work experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in food companies or related environments.
